You must create a free Hosting company or use a paid Hosting company?

In general, free hosting that can be just as good as or better than paid hosting, however this rule is not always true depending on your goals, it comes down to the many different types of online hosting services offered. There are several types of free hosting companies, some companies offer free hosting only, while others have both a free and a paid plan. In general, they are free because the hosting can be bad or flaw in the features that you desire.
It is a personal choice when choosing the right host for you, but there are some free hosting guidelines. Some free hosting accounts do not offer a customer support. If you know that you'd need some kind of help (and most of us do) you might not want to choose that company. There are some free hosting companies that have the same features as a paid hosting account offer, but they are only around for a less than a year. Many times this is a big red flag. The reason is that normally new hosting companies don't really give away free hosting. They don't have the money because they lack the well-established customer base and they probably spent much of the money the construction company. If the features and the Gigabyte seem strange and impossible to fill it's because it is unlikely to fill.
If you really can't afford a paid host and want to save some money than is a free host great. Search around before a rush decision you do not want to start building your website and all of the sudden it's not there anymore. All your hard work would have gone and the host can also long gone so you have no one to complain to. The best is to ask around and see what people consider the best free host.
If you are ready for a paid host are then make sure you know the costs you can expect to pay monthly. There are many hosting companies that big discounts for new customers offer and there are many cheap hosting companies with which you are a very affordable annual fee to pay. Make sure to ask questions. It never hurts to ask them how many servers they have, their down time and how long they've been in business before they get your money and your website.
Choosing the right host can take some time. It may take a few days or even weeks to decide. Always remember what you want and how much you are willing to pay for it. If you know you must have at least 3 3GBs because you want to create WordPress blogs than you would want a host that the script is easily installed in Control Panel. Not all hosting companies offer this feature. There is no quick answer to this question, you must do your research. It is always best to ask before you make a decision and know your risks, this ensures that you can go wrong or at least you minimize your risk.
